Refund policy

 However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for Refund or Store Credit only if returned within 10 business days after receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

To start a return, log in to your account, go to "Returns" in the footer and follow the instructions. This will walk you through the steps—just choose your reason for return, confirm the item is eligible, and generate your prepaid return label (if available). Once your request is submitted, you’ll be able to track the status of your return right in the app, making the entire process simple and hassle-free. *Please note, returns are only available 10 days after your item is delivered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, undergarment, jewelry, accessories, eyewear, sale Items and gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and will not be refund.
